In parallel, Warren became a P.E. or licensed Professional Engineer in California and New York. After founding his own consulting engineering firm, he expanded his client base worldwide and added projects in South America and Africa and Australia.
Regardless of the project size; large (contract size $US 400M) or small (contract size $US 100K), Warren is willing to share his knowledge and experience with clients to deliver the optimum results.
