In addition to his experience, Warren is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional. WSF Construction is a Licensed Building contractor in the State of California.

Since founding WSF Construction in 1981, we have helped numerous people build or remodel their homes. Typically, when we remodel, we transform about 60% of the home. Some of our clients actually told us they enjoyed the construction process!

As General Building Contractor, we suggested changes to the design which enhanced the finished project by taking advantage of solar gain and the magnificent views of the Valley of the Moon.
Another project was a kitchen remodel in an English country-style home. This was a design/build in which the owner worked side-by-side with us during the construction phase. And yes, we actually don't mind doing this. (See Barrel Ceiling Kitchen)
Our most recent projects were design/build, two story residential structures which included hand-crafted timber frame mortise and tenon joinery in the roof trusses. These visible roof trusses became a major component of the design, adding a charm and warmth to the interior spaces. (See Greek Style and The Barn)

You get the home you want, whether it is a Greek style Mediterranean, English country or a Shaker barn style building. There is no time lost or communication gaps in design changes, since everything is accomplished directly with your designer/builder. WSF Construction builds the budget, project schedule and materials procurement schedule at the same time as we design your home. In this manner we are always able to tell you the financial and schedule implications for any structural and/or design changes. We have had clients come to us after spending significant money on a home design, only to find out that the cost is 50% above their budget. We pride ourselves on the fact that we work with you and your budget, trying to build you the best home with the materials of your choice .....within your budget.
We are with you every step of the way; from initial design meetings, approval of conceptual drawings, submittal of construction plans with your local agency, specification of all materials, the actual construction phase, the final walk-through and punch list completion and, finally, your move-in.
